relationships and sexual issues
relationships
The mark of a good and satisfying relationship is that it is both secure and intimate. Such a partnership can vastly improve the quality of our lives, but it needs commitment, good communication and perhaps some work if it is to remain healthy. Many of us don’t always find it easy to make our romantic relationships work well. We sometimes don’t even find it easy to meet the right life partner in the first place.

separation or loss

sexual performance
Our society is of course far more sexually liberated than it was just a generation ago but, along with a more liberal attitude, comes increased pressure for us to perform sexually. Both men and women are at times confronted with a lack of desire. Men sometimes also develop issues around getting or maintaining a satisfactory erection or reaching a climax too quickly.

alternative practices and lifestyles
Today, ever increasing numbers of us are exploring our individual archetypes and inner desires. This, in turn, often leads to us exploring relationships, lifestyles and practices that could be described as somewhat alternative in nature. Provided these relationships and activities are between consenting adults, there is surely no need for anyone to find a moral problem with them.
It is often worthwhile to consider just how such lifestyle choices may impact on our growth, the quality of our relationships and our personal happiness. Although they may indeed satisfy a very powerful sexual desire, we also need to effectively integrate them into our lives so that we remain truly functional on all levels.
